At Miomio vintage, we are passionate about a more sustainable lifestyle. We breathe life into old furniture because we love their aesthetics and charm and because it makes sense for us to recycle.

We refurbish and paint exclusively with environmentally and health-friendly products whose color nuances come from natural minerals. We have a love for beautiful colors and usually mix the right shade ourselves. The color of the furniture is therefore rarely exactly the same and our restored vintage furniture is all "one of a kind".

Miomio vintage is a family business based at Tammestrup Gods, south of Skanderborg. We live here and restore old furniture in our workshop. We have always loved vintage furniture, recycling, old fabrics and wallpapers, and what started as a hobby developed into our small business Miomio vintage.

We spend a lot of time finding, selecting and restoring vintage furniture in good quality and with fine details. We reuse everything as far as possible, but also use newly produced brass handles and hand-painted porcelain handles from Denmark.

At Miomio vintage, we also sell carefully selected interiors and textiles that support the sustainable lifestyle and that beautifully compliment the old vintage furniture. Most of our textiles are made from recycled material from around the world. For example, Indian vintage saris in cotton and silk, or high-quality unused recycled fabric from old fabric factories. All textiles in the best quality and with the most beautiful colors and patterns. Some of our textile products also consist of new oekotex certified cotton.

Our posters are carefully selected illustrations. They are either art posters or vintage posters which are reproductions of old original prints. All our posters are printed on high-quality matt art paper with beautiful colours.
